Revenue

See what players buy, and what made them buy it

Every purchase lands on the player who made it and the source that brought them. You see what sells, at which price, and what a player is worth over time.

What Revenue does for you

Your store, connected

Tebex, PayNow and CraftingStore connect with a guided setup, and a custom webhook covers anything else. Robux purchases come from the Roblox module.

What they buy

Revenue by category and top packages by units and revenue, with refunds and chargebacks shown separately.

Price points

Purchases grouped by price tier, from under $2 to over $50, so you can see where a price stops converting.

Lifetime value

Cumulative revenue per player by week since joining, so you know what a new player is worth before you pay to get one.

Revenue by source

Break revenue down by channel, source, campaign or creator code, based on how the player arrived.

In-game credits

Follow credits after the sale: which categories players spend them on, and which item ids nothing has claimed yet.

How you'd use it

The rank nobody buys at that price

The situation

You added a $40 rank above your $15 one, and sales of both feel lower since.

With Analyse

Price points and top packages show how purchases split across tiers before and after, so you can decide whether to reprice it or test it with an experiment.

Where gems actually go

The situation

Players buy gems in your store, but you have no idea what they spend them on in game.

With Analyse

You send a credit spend event wherever the game takes gems off a player. The credits tab ranks categories by gems spent and lists item ids with no category, so nothing goes missing.

A wave of chargebacks

The situation

Your payment provider warns you about chargebacks and you want to know which purchases they were.

With Analyse

Refunds and chargebacks update the original purchase, so they show in the revenue mix and on each player's timeline next to the item they bought.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your store

Open the game's Settings, Integration and pick your store. The dialog walks through each step and ends with a check that it works.

  2. 2

    Import past payments

Tebex and PayNow can bring in your payment history from the setup dialog, so charts do not start at zero.

  3. 3

    Read the revenue page

Purchases arrive by webhook as they happen, converted to USD at the rate of the purchase day.

Questions

How do I see Tebex sales analytics per player?

Connect Tebex under the game's Settings, Integration. Each purchase is matched to the player who bought it, so it appears on their profile and counts toward the campaign or creator code that brought them.

Which stores are supported?

Tebex, PayNow and CraftingStore for Minecraft, and a signed custom webhook for your own backend on Minecraft or Roblox. Robux purchases are recorded by the Roblox module.

Are refunds and subscriptions tracked?

Refunds and chargebacks update the original purchase. Subscriptions, including renewals and cancellations, are recorded from PayNow and custom webhooks.

What if my store sells in several currencies?

Amounts are converted to USD at the exchange rate of the purchase day, so revenue from different currencies adds up.

How many stores can I connect?

The Free plan includes one store and paid plans have no limit. Lifetime value, in-game credits and subscriptions need Starter or higher.
