Tebex integration

See who buys in your Tebex store, and what brought them

Connect your Tebex store with a webhook and every payment lands on the player who bought it, next to their sessions, playtime and the traffic source they joined from.

What Tebex does for you

Every package, per player

A basket with several packages becomes one row per package, with the amount paid split by price. Purchases join to players by their Minecraft username or UUID.

Refunds and disputes

payment.refunded marks a purchase refunded, an opened dispute counts as a chargeback, and a won dispute puts the purchase back, so revenue stays honest.

Coupons and creator codes

The coupon and creator code used at checkout are recorded. A creator code wins attribution: the purchase counts for the campaign that owns it.

Past payments included

Choose Import past payments in the setup dialog and your Tebex history comes in, so revenue charts do not start at zero.

Signed and checked

Every webhook is checked against your Tebex webhook secret, and requests with a wrong signature are rejected. The store shows whether webhooks are arriving.

One store for several games

Selling network-wide ranks? Connect Tebex to the studio once and map categories or packages to the game each one sells for.

How you'd use it

A weekend event sale traced to TikTok

The situation

You run a weekend event and point a TikTok campaign at its own hostname. On Sunday a batch of VIP ranks sells in Tebex.

With Analyse

Each sale lands on the buyer, whose last session came in through the TikTok address, so the campaign shows the revenue it brought in, not just joins.

A creator code that pays for itself

The situation

You give three YouTubers their own creator codes at Tebex checkout and want to know which partnership to renew.

With Analyse

Purchases with a code count for that creator's campaign even if the player arrived another way, so you compare creators on revenue instead of a spreadsheet.

Revenue that looked better than it was

The situation

A rank sold well last month, but several buyers opened disputes afterwards.

With Analyse

Opened disputes are recorded as chargebacks on the original purchase, so the package's revenue reflects what you actually kept.

Set it up

  1. 1

Paste the game server secret key

In Tebex, open Game Servers, pick your server and copy its Secret key. Analyse checks it with Tebex and reads your packages and categories.

  2. 2

    Add the webhook

In Tebex, open Developers, then Webhooks, add an endpoint with the URL Analyse shows and tick the payment events. Analyse answers Tebex's validation request automatically.

  3. 3

    Paste the webhook secret

Copy the webhook secret from the top of the Webhooks page in Tebex and paste it into Analyse, so every payment can be trusted.

  4. 4

Check it works and import history

Make a small purchase to see it arrive, then choose Import past payments to bring in your earlier payments.

Questions

How do I see which players buy in my Tebex store?

Connect Tebex in your game's Settings, Integration. Each payment is matched to the Minecraft player on the package, so their profile shows purchases alongside sessions and playtime.

Which Tebex webhook events does Analyse use?

payment.completed, payment.refunded, payment.dispute.opened and payment.dispute.won. Other Tebex events are ignored.

Can I import my old Tebex payments?

Yes. After connecting, choose Import past payments in the setup dialog. Importing history is part of the paid plans, from Starter up.

Does it work with several currencies?

Yes. Amounts are converted to USD at the exchange rate of the purchase day, so stores selling in several currencies add up.

Can one Tebex store feed several games?

Yes. Connect it to the studio and map categories or packages to games. Each purchase counts for one game only, and unmapped purchases are held until you map them.

Connect one game and see it for yourself.
