Alerts, digests and goals

Stop refreshing the dashboard

Analyse watches each game and tells you when something breaks or slips, by email, in Discord or in game. A scheduled digest and monthly goals cover the slower trends.

What Alerts does for you

Rules that fit games

Players online drops, revenue drops, day 1 retention drops, integration goes quiet, a store webhook fails, and unmapped credit spend.

Email, Discord and in game

Alerts show in the dashboard bell and by email. Post to a Discord channel by webhook, or show them to staff in game.

Quiet hours

Hold back non-urgent alerts overnight in your game's timezone. Urgent ones, like a server that stopped reporting, still come through.

No alert spam

An alert fires once when its condition starts and clears when it stops, with a minimum gap you choose between alerts.

Digests

A short email summary every day, every Sunday or on the first of the month, with players, revenue, retention, top packages, campaigns and experiments.

Goals with pace warnings

Set monthly targets for revenue, new players, paying players, peak players online or day 7 retention, and get warned when you fall behind pace.

How you'd use it

The server crashed at 2am

The situation

Your backend crashed overnight and nobody on the team was awake to notice.

With Analyse

The integration goes quiet rule fires after 30 minutes without data. Because it is urgent it skips quiet hours and posts to your staff Discord with an @here mention.

A rotated Tebex secret

The situation

Someone regenerated the webhook secret in Tebex and purchases stopped showing up.

With Analyse

The store webhook fails rule alerts you on the first rejected delivery, and the store's status page shows each failed request and the error.

Falling behind this month's revenue goal

The situation

You set a monthly revenue goal to cover hosting and staff, and the month started slowly.

With Analyse

From day 7, if the goal trails its pace by 15% or more, Analyse sends a pace warning, which leaves time to plan a sale or event before the month is over.

How it works

  1. 1

    Open Settings, Alerts & digests

Every game has its own rules. Turn each one on or off and set its threshold.

  2. 2

    Add Discord or in-game delivery

Paste a Discord webhook URL and send a test, or turn on in-game staff messages for staff with the right permission.

  3. 3

    Set a digest and goals

Pick how often the digest goes out and which sections it includes, then set monthly goals under Settings, Goals.

Questions

How do I get a Discord alert when my Minecraft server goes down?

Add a Discord webhook under the game's Settings, Alerts & digests and keep the integration goes quiet rule on. It checks every 5 minutes and alerts when the plugin has sent nothing for the time you set, 30 minutes by default.

Will I get the same alert over and over?

No. An alert fires once when its condition starts and clears when it stops, and you choose a minimum gap between alerts from 30 minutes to a day.

Can staff see alerts in game?

Yes. On Minecraft, staff with the analyse.alerts permission see alerts in chat. On Roblox, your scripts receive them and show them however you like.

Which plan includes Discord alerts and digests?

Free includes one alert rule by email and in the dashboard. Starter and up have unlimited rules, Discord, digests and quiet hours. Goals need Growth or higher.

Connect one game and see it for yourself.

Free to start, 14 days of Pro, and about four minutes of setup.
