Players

Every player, not just a number that went up

Search anyone who has joined your game and see their playtime, sessions, spend and how they found you. Save the groups that matter as segments that keep themselves up to date.

What Players does for you

One list of everyone

Search by name or player ID and filter by platform, spend, playtime or tag. Java and Bedrock players sit in the same list.

Profiles with a timeline

Every join, leave, server switch, purchase and creator code, newest first, with refunds and chargebacks marked on the purchase.

How they arrived

Each profile shows the player's first touch, the hostname or link they first used, and the campaign or creator code that brought them.

Segments that stay live

Build a segment from rules like spend over 10 and last seen before 14 days ago. Players move in and out as they change.

Tags and bulk actions

Tick players to tag them, save them as a segment or export the list as CSV. Segments and export are on Starter and up.

How you'd use it

Winning back big spenders

The situation

A handful of players paid for most of last season's ranks, and you suspect some of them have stopped logging in.

With Analyse

You build a segment for spend over 50 and last seen before 14 days ago, see exactly who is in it, and message them about the new season before they are gone for good.

Answering a support ticket

The situation

A player says they bought a rank last week and never received it.

With Analyse

You open their profile, find the purchase in the timeline with the item and amount, and check whether it was refunded, all before you reply.

Players who play a lot but never buy

The situation

You want to understand the players who put in dozens of hours but have never spent anything.

With Analyse

You filter to playtime over 10 hours and never purchased, save it as a segment, and use its size to judge whether a cheaper starter package is worth testing.

Questions

How do I see a player's playtime on my Minecraft server?

Open the player from the Players page. Their profile shows total playtime, sessions, average session length, last seen and a chart of minutes played per day over the last 30 days.

Can I see what a player bought?

Yes, once a store is connected. Every purchase is listed on the player's timeline with its items, and refunds and chargebacks are marked where they happened.

What is a player segment?

A saved group of players, built from rules such as playtime, sessions, spend, country, last seen or traffic source, or saved from a selection. Rule-based segments update as players change. Segments need Starter or higher.

Can I export my player list?

Yes. Select players or use the filtered list and choose Export to download it as CSV. Export needs Starter or higher.

Does it work for Minecraft networks?

Yes. Install the plugin on your proxy and backends, and a player's timeline shows when they moved between servers.
