Studios

Run several games without losing track of any

A studio groups games that belong together, like several Minecraft servers or a Roblox group's experiences. You get one view across them, and each game keeps its own numbers.

What Studios does for you

One overview for every game

Players online, new players and revenue across the studio, with each game's numbers side by side so you see which one moved.

Shared players

See who plays two or more of your games and how their spending compares with players who stick to one.

One store, many games

Connect a Tebex or PayNow store to the studio once and map categories or packages to games. Each purchase counts for one game, never twice.

Studio campaigns

Run one campaign whose links and creator codes count in every game you pick, with a breakdown by game. On Growth and up.

Studio pages

Players, acquisition, retention, revenue and Knowledge all read at studio level, and Ask Analyse looks across every game in it.

Access per game

Choose whether each team member sees every game or only the ones you pick. On Growth and up.

How you'd use it

Network-wide ranks sold in one store

The situation

You run a survival server and a skyblock server as separate games, but sell ranks and crates for both from one Tebex store.

With Analyse

You connect the store to the studio, map the survival category to one game and the skyblock category to the other, and each game's revenue page shows only what sold for it.

One creator promoting everything

The situation

A YouTuber is making a video about your whole network and gets one creator code.

With Analyse

You create a studio campaign covering all your games, and the By game breakdown shows which game the video actually helped.

Deciding where to spend your time

The situation

Your team has three Roblox experiences and only enough time to update one this month.

With Analyse

The studio overview lines the games up side by side, and shared players show how many people play more than one, so the choice is based on numbers rather than gut feeling.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create a studio

On the games home, create a studio and give it a name, icon and colour.

  2. 2

    Move games into it

Use Move to studio from each game card's menu. A game belongs to at most one studio.

  3. 3

    Connect shared stores and campaigns

Optionally connect one store for the studio and map its packages, or start a campaign that covers several games.

Questions

Can I track multiple Minecraft servers in one dashboard?

Yes. Add each server as its own game and group them in a studio. The studio overview combines them and still shows each game's numbers.

What if one Tebex store sells for several servers?

Connect it to the studio and map categories or individual packages to games. Purchases of packages that are not mapped yet are held until you map them, not dropped.

How many studios can I have?

The Free plan includes one studio and paid plans have no limit. Studio stores need Starter or higher, and studio campaigns need Growth or higher.

Does deleting a studio delete its games?

No. Its games move back to Not in a studio with all their data.
