Alert rules
The six alert rules, what each one compares, their defaults, and how often alerts fire.
Turn rules on or off and set their thresholds under the game's Settings, Alerts & digests.

What each rule compares
Players online drops. The average players online over the last 30 minutes, against the same hour on each of the previous 7 days. Only fires when that baseline is at least 5 players, so a quiet test server does not page you.
Revenue drops. Revenue in the last 24 hours against the daily average of the 7 days before. Needs a baseline of at least $10 a day.
D1 retention drops. Day 1 return this week against last week, in percentage points. Needs cohorts of at least 20 new players.
Integration goes quiet. Minutes since the plugin or module last sent anything. Catches a crashed server, a removed plugin or a rotated key.
A store webhook fails. Any store delivery rejected since the last check, for example a wrong secret. See Stores.
Credit spend unmapped. The share of in-game credits spent over 7 days on items that are not in any category.
When alerts fire
- An alert fires once when its condition starts, and clears when it stops. You are not sent the same alert every five minutes.
- Minimum gap between alerts: 30 minutes, 1 hour (default), 6 hours or 1 day.
- Quiet hours hold back non-urgent alerts during the hours you choose, in the game's timezone. Urgent alerts (integration quiet, webhook failed) still come through.
- Only games whose integration reported in the last 30 days are checked.
The Free plan includes one alert rule. Starter and up have no limit.
