Invites

Invite teammates by email, choose their role and game access, and resend or revoke pending invites.

Invite someone

  1. Open a game's Settings, Team & access.
  2. Enter their email address.
  3. Pick a role: Admin, Analyst or Creator. See Roles.
  4. Pick access: This game only or All games. For a Creator, pick the campaigns they can see.
  5. Send.

Only Owners and Admins can invite. You need a free seat on your plan; if all seats are taken, upgrade or remove someone first.

You can also invite people during setup, up to 20 at once.

Accepting

The invite email contains a link that is valid for 7 days and only for the address it was sent to. The person signs in or creates an account with that email and joins your team straight away, without going through setup.

Pending invites

Pending invites are listed under Team & access. For each one you can:

  • Resend the email, for example after it expired,
  • Revoke it, so the link stops working.

Removing a member

Remove members from the same list. They lose access immediately, and their seat is freed.
