Connect an app
Add the Analyse MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or Windsurf by signing in and choosing which games it can read.
Apps that support signing in only need the server URL. They send you to Analyse to approve which games they can read, and renew their own access after that.
1. Copy the server URL
Open Account settings, MCP and copy the Server URL.
2. Add it to your app
Add a custom connector or MCP server in your app and paste the URL.
- Claude (claude.ai and the desktop app): add it as a custom connector.
- ChatGPT: add it as a connector.
- Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf: add it as a remote MCP server in the editor's MCP settings.
Menu names change between app versions; look for "connectors", "integrations" or "MCP servers".
3. Sign in and approve
The app opens Analyse in your browser.
- Sign in if you are not already.
- Check which app is asking.
- Choose what it can read: everything you can see, or only specific games or studios.
- Approve.
You are sent back to the app, and it can start calling tools.
Manage connected apps
Connected apps are listed under Account settings, MCP, Connected clients, with who connected them and which games they can read. Choose Disconnect to remove one.
Access is kept fresh automatically. An app that is not used for 90 days has to sign in again.
Who can connect
Signing in works for Owners, Admins and Analysts on accounts with MCP turned on and a plan that includes it. It does not work for:
- people with the Creator role,
- accounts where Enable the MCP server is off,
- plans without MCP (Free and Starter),
- members blocked by the team's two-factor requirement.
Security
- The app never sees your password. Analyse uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, and only apps with a known callback (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, or a program on your own computer) can connect.
- The only permission is
games:read. Every tool is read-only.
