Roles
What Owners, Admins, Analysts and Creators can do, and how game access works.
The four roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, MCP tokens and deleting games |
| Admin | Everything except billing and making owners: settings, stores, campaigns and the team |
| Analyst | Read-only access to all data. Can create segments and dashboards, and change the ones they made |
| Creator | Only the campaigns you pick: their links and codes, the players they brought and what those players spent. Never the game's totals |
Owners
- Only an Owner can make someone else an Owner, or change another Owner's role.
- The last Owner cannot be demoted or removed, so an account always has one.
- Owners are not invited directly: invite someone as Admin, then promote them.
Creators
The Creator role is for content creators and partners you run campaigns with. A Creator sees a simplified view of their campaigns only: links, codes, attributed players and revenue from those players. They cannot open the game's overview, players, revenue or any other page, and cannot connect MCP apps.
When inviting a Creator you pick at least one campaign. Creators always get access to one game.
Game access
Every member except Owners has game access:
- All games (every game in the account, including games added later), or
- Only these games, picked one by one.
Set it when inviting (This game only or All games), or change it later under a studio's Settings, Team & access, which lists everyone who can see at least one of the studio's games.
An Admin who is limited to some games cannot invite anyone with access to all games.
Limiting members to specific games needs Growth or higher.
