Changing plans

Only the account Owner can change the plan. Compare plans on the Plans page and manage billing under Account settings, Billing.

Subscribe#

Pick a plan and billing period on the Plans page. The first time, you check out with Stripe. After paying you land back on Billing.

Subscribing during your trial keeps the rest of the trial: the first charge lands when it ends.

Upgrade or switch between paid plans#

The new plan applies immediately. The difference for the rest of the period is prorated and invoiced right away. If that payment fails, you stay on the plan you already paid for.

Downgrade to Free or cancel#

Choose Cancel plan on Billing, or pick Free on the Plans page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to Free. Changed your mind before then? Choose Keep my plan on Billing.

Nothing is deleted when you downgrade. Features, history and players outside the new plan are hidden and come back if you upgrade again.

Failed payments#

If a renewal fails, Stripe retries the card and you keep your plan in the meantime. Plan changes are paused until the card is fixed. If the payment is not recovered, the subscription ends and the account moves to Free.

Update your card from Billing with Update card, which opens Stripe's billing portal.

Invoices#

Billing shows your card, the next charge and your last 12 invoices, each with a PDF and a link to pay or view it online. Older invoices are in the Stripe billing portal.

Invoices are emailed to the billing email, or to the Owner if none is set.

Business details and VAT#

Add your company name, country, VAT number, registration number, address and PO number under Billing. They appear on your invoices.

Prices exclude VAT. EU VAT numbers are checked with the EU's VIES service; a valid VAT-registered business outside Greece is invoiced with reverse charge. Consumers in the EU pay VAT at their local rate.
